Conditions change. The fundamentals do not. Here is how we position clients to come out ahead whether you are buying, selling, or building a portfolio.
Every market gets described as difficult, and every market genuinely is difficult for someone. Rates move, inventory tightens or loosens, and the advice that worked two years ago stops working. What does not change is that prepared clients outperform unprepared ones, and honest numbers beat optimistic ones.
That is the whole philosophy. What follows is what it looks like in practice.
The Flanders Team has completed 345+ transactions and $101M+ in volume since 2018, with hundreds of 5-star reviews across Zillow, Realtor.com, Google, and Facebook. Most of our business comes from repeat clients and referrals. That is the number we actually care about, because it only grows when the experience was worth mentioning to someone else.
Full-time, frequent representation matters more than it sounds like it should. Across the industry, a substantial share of licensees close only a handful of transactions in a year. Buying or selling a home is not a task that rewards infrequent practice. We work these markets every week, and the process exists because we have run it enough times to know where things actually go wrong.
Production figures are Flanders Team totals since 2018. References to industry patterns describe general licensee transaction volume and are not comparisons to any specific competing agent or brokerage.

Not ready to move yet is a completely fine place to begin. Most of the people we work with started a year out.
